RETURNS

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase of the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of products cannot be returned. For example, we cannot accept returns of perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Downloadable software.
* Certain plumbing and personal care products.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial returns may be accepted: (if applicable)
* Books with visible signs of wear.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged for any reason, or is missing parts and is not the result of an error on our part.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your return was accepted.
If accepted, your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or failed returns (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be registered.

Promotional or sale items (if applicable)
Only full-price items are refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only exchange items that were originally defective or damaged. To exchange an item for an identical item, please email contact.qualecom@gmail.com and send the product to 229 rue saint honorée, Paris, Ile de France, 75001, France.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of the returned product. A gift credit will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person making the gift sent the order to themselves with the intention of returning it at a later date, we will send you a refund and notify you that the gift has been returned.
Shipping
If you wish to return an item, you must send it to the following postal address: 229 rue saint honorée, Paris, Ile de France, 75001, France.

The shipping costs associated with returning the item are at the customer's expense. They are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or insure your package. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of products that have come into direct contact with the intimate area (e.g. underwear, swimwear, feminine hygiene products, etc.). This policy aims to ensure the quality and integrity of our products for every customer.
