At Nuovo Milano, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures before initiating a return.


1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA)

If you purchased your product online, you have the legal 14-day cooling‑off period from the date of delivery to cancel the contract for any reason—no justification needed.

  • You must notify us within 14 days via email at help.nuovomilano@gmail.com with your name, order number, and intention to return.

  • Once we acknowledge your return request, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back .

  • Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


2. Conditions for Eligible Returns

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in brand new condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and accessories.

  • The item must still be in its original packaging.

  • Provide clear photos of the product to prove its condition in your initial email.

Failure to meet these criteria may result in refusal of the return request.


3. Exchanges (Size / Color Corrections)

If your return is a voluntary exchange (e.g., wrong size or color) and we have not made an error:

  1. Email us at help.nuovomilano@gmail.com with your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Photo evidence of the received item (mandatory)

    • Desired new size or color

  2. Our Customer Service team will respond with detailed instructions and potential additional costs (e.g., reshipping fees).


4. Defective Items or Our Error

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or not as described, please:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to help.nuovomilano@gmail.com including:

    • Full name and order number

    • Clear photos of the fault or discrepancy (mandatory)

    • Indication of whether you prefer:

      • A full refund, or

      • A free express replacement

Upon validation, we will instruct you on the return process and, when applicable, cover return shipping costs.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm compliance with our conditions:

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs you initially paid are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Personalized, worn, or used products

  • Items returned outside the 14‑day period (unless defective or incorrectly shipped)

  • Items without proof of purchase (order number, invoice)


7. Legal Guarantees

  • In the EU / EEA, you are covered by the two-year legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods, per Directive 2011/83/UE.

  • In the U.S., state consumer protection laws apply. While no federal law guarantees returns for change of mind, we comply with implied warranty requirements and clearly disclose our policies .
